Can I return a product I purchased from NUVRO?

Products are only returnable/exchangeable if they are damaged, defective, broken, or have a technical issue during shipping.

Products in good condition, clearance items, and personalized/customized products are not returnable.

How many days do I have to request a return or exchange?

You must raise a return/exchange request within 6 days of product delivery.
Products are not returnable after 6 days.

What if I receive a wrong product?

If you receive the wrong item, NUVRO will exchange it at no extra cost. The correct product will be delivered once the wrong one is returned.

Do I need to record an unboxing video?

Yes. An unboxing video of the shipment cover (outer packaging) is mandatory.

  • For electronic or technical items, you may open the product box, but the product must remain sealed and unused.

    Without a valid unboxing video, the return/exchange will not be accepted.
What are the shipping charges for returns?

Defective/Damaged/Wrong Product: NUVRO covers the return shipping.

Customer’s Change of Mind: The customer pays the shipping charges.

Nuvro is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments if the customer uses their own courier service.

Can I exchange my product for a different one?

You can choose a product from the same category or any other category resold by NUVRO.

If the new product is of higher value, you must pay the price difference.

If the new product is of lower value, refunds are not applicable.

Will I get a refund?

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The product is returned within the 6-day period.
  • Payment was made via UPI or added to your NUVRO account.

    Refunds will exclude TRO charges, taxes, and transaction fees (if applicable).
How long will it take to get my refund or exchange?

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds/exchanges are processed.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

The maximum limit for return + reshipment is 24 days from original delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Remote/rural areas may take an extra 2–5 days.

Tracking details will be sent to your registered email/SMS after dispatch.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement (before shipping).

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you can request a return/exchange after delivery if eligible.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, NUVRO only ships within India.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

NUVRO is not responsible for courier delays due to logistics or external factors.
